It's All in the Report
Many Home Inspectors sell you their service based on their ability to hand you their report before they leave the inspection home. As convenient as that sounds, what you are really receiving is only a checklisk of items on a pre-printed form. It is a rushed through document that meets the minimum requirements of the legal side of the process, but gives the client very little useful information. When you choose HAAAT to conduct your inspection, you can rest assured that I will present you with a detailed easy to read custom report that will include pictures showing and explaining to you exactly what I have seen. I will spend the time after I leave your home to thoroughly investigate all findings and report on them as though I was examining my own home. Once I complete your report, I will email you a link to your completed report within 48 hours of the inspection that you can review on line or print out a hard copy. If there is ever a problem with the link and you can not open it, just call me and I will personally hand deliver a hard copy. My reports are compiled using a web based system called ReportHost.
